HCS Deadline December 1, 2013

Reminder that the first compliance date of the revised HCS is December 1, 2013. By that time employers must have trained their workers on the new label elements and the SDS format. This new format is the global standard for all safety data sheets now and will be a manditory switch over by June 1, 2016.
